Before you send

How should I send a BOM?

Attach the file in PDF, XLS, XLSX, CSV or ZIP format with reference designators, quantities and manufacturer part numbers. If uploading is not convenient, the same list can be sent by email in the message body.

Can you support scheduled deliveries?

Yes, where the requirement is planned in advance. Include the total quantity, the split per release and the date each release is needed, and the quotation will show how each release is handled.

Do you suggest alternative parts?

Where your specification needs an alternative, we can raise options for your engineering team to approve. The decision on form, fit and function stays with you.
