Quality Approach

Quality starts with clear requirements

A clear requirement is the starting point of a reliable shipment. We confirm what the part is, what condition it is in and what has to arrive with it — in writing, before an order is placed.

Described before dispatch

Condition and documentation stated on the quotation.

Checked against the order

Part number, package, quantity and labels reviewed.

One contact per enquiry

A named contact follows the requirement through to delivery.

What we confirm with you

Seven points agreed before a quotation is finalised.

  1. 01

    Full Manufacturer Part Number

The complete ordering code, including suffixes that define package, temperature range and revision.

  2. 02

    Manufacturer and Package

The brand on the label and the physical package, so replacement parts are compared on the same basis.

  3. 03

    Product Condition

Whether material is new, refurbished or otherwise described, stated on the quotation before you order.

  4. 04

    Date Code Requirements

Any date code window your process requires, agreed before the offer is finalised.

  5. 05

    Packaging Requirements

Tape and reel, tray, tube or bulk, including moisture sensitivity handling where relevant.

  6. 06

    Available Documentation

Which documents accompany the material, such as the datasheet or a certificate of conformance.

  7. 07

    Inspection or Testing Requirements

Any inspection or testing you require, discussed at quotation stage with the scope written down.

How material is checked before dispatch

Four checks on every confirmed order.

01

Order details verified

Part number, manufacturer, package and quantity are matched against the confirmed order before material is released.

02

Labels and packaging inspected

Carton and reel labels, part marking and packaging format are reviewed against the specification agreed on the quotation.

03

Documentation assembled

Datasheets, certificates of conformance or inspection records are collected for the lines where they were agreed.

04

Release confirmed

Any difference found during the check is raised with you before dispatch, so the decision stays with your team.

Documentation and testing

The documents that accompany a part depend on the part, its condition and the route it was sourced through. We confirm what is available for the specific line and write it into the quotation, so the paperwork you receive matches what your goods-in process expects.

Where inspection or testing is required, the scope is agreed at quotation stage: what is checked, by whom, and which report or certificate comes with the shipment. The confirmed scope is repeated on the order confirmation.

Packaging and handling

Packaging is specified on the order and prepared for the way your line receives material.

  • Reel, tray, tube or bulk packaging prepared to match your line requirements.
  • Moisture-sensitive and ESD-sensitive parts packed to the handling level specified on the order.
  • Labels and packing lists aligned with your goods-in and traceability process.

Keeping you informed

Every confirmed order has a clear trail from acknowledgement to delivery.

01

Order acknowledgement

Confirmed line details are sent back after the order is placed.

02

Change notification

Any adjustment to condition, packaging or date is raised before it happens.

03

Dispatch confirmation

Shipment details and the documentation set are shared when material leaves.

04

Delivery follow-up

We check the arrival and close the loop on any open question.
